Kees is a co-founder of Circle. After 6 years at Van Boom & Slettenhaar Fonds Management, where Kees was responsible for all commercial operations, he joined Chalet Group from the end of 2012. At the end of 2014, Chalet Group became part of the asset management platform of the UK private equity investor Kildare Partners. From November 2016, as managing director of Chalet Group, Kees was responsible for rolling out the business plan, managing the asset management team and the reporting. His way of working is characterised by a healthy dose of opportunity, eye on the ball on and creativity.

Jort is co-founder of Circle. Already during his successfully completed Master of Science degree at Eindhoven University of Technology, Jort joined MVGM as Commercial Property Manager. After that, Jort continued his career at Grouwels Vastgoed as an acquirer and then as a project developer at a developing contractor. From 2013, Jort worked at Chalet Group in the position of Senior Asset Manager, responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the property portfolio in the southern Netherlands. Jort was also involved in transformation and disposition tasks. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Jort stands for diversity and results-oriented professionalism.

Jasper is a co-founder of Circle. After almost five years of working as a broker within logistics and industrial real estate at Ooms and Cushman & Wakefield, Jasper made the move to Chalet Group. Within Chalet Group, he was responsible for all the properties in the Randstad-region. Jasper has a broad knowledge of asset and transaction management. Real estate has always attracted him, which started already at a young age while playing Monopoly and Hotel. In recent years, Jasper has gained further knowledge in the logistic/industrial real estate and offices market throughout the Netherlands. His way of working is characterised by being goal-focused, creative and solution oriented. Jasper obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the ASRE.

Petra joined Circle as Asset Manager on 1 February 2022. Having completed her Business Communication studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen, she has been working within the commercial property sector since 2001. During this period, her main focus has always been on property management, in all its aspects. After starting in 2001 at Cortona Holdings B.V., Petra subsequently worked for almost 10 years at Van Boom & Slettenhaar Fonds Management as a property manager. From 2013, she joined Chalet Group as Account Manager and from the end of 2018 she was employed by Aroundtown Management NL as Commercial Property Manager for over 3 years. In all these years, service orientation combined with a proactive and personal approach are core values that Petra values highly in her daily work.

Daniël is een energieke asset manager met een juridische achtergrond en een natuurlijke feeling voor vastgoed. Al op jonge leeftijd kreeg hij de juridische paplepel met de juiste finesse ingegeven, maar zag uiteindelijk een ander pad voor zich dan de advocatuur. Sinds zijn tienerjaren is hij actief betrokken bij het vastgoed in Utrecht, dat hij beheert voor zijn vader en opa. Wat begon als meewerken op de achtergrond, groeide uit tot een zelfstandige rol waarin hij zich al jaren met volle overtuiging ontwikkelt. Bij Circle Real Estate voelt Daniël zich op zijn plek in een rol waarin hij verantwoordelijkheid kan nemen, snel kan schakelen en direct contact met mensen heeft.
